About Me

Hey, I’m Angela — a certified personal trainer and lifelong mover who’s passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and proud of their bodies.

I grew up as a competitive dancer, spending most of my life in the studio chasing perfection and learning the value of discipline, hard work, and consistency. When I graduated high school in 2020 — right in the middle of the pandemic — everything I knew came to a stop. Dance had always been my outlet, and suddenly, I needed something new to fill that space.

That’s when I found the gym — and it completely changed my life. What started as a way to stay active became something so much more. I fell in love with the process of getting stronger, both physically and mentally, and the confidence that came with it.

I went on to attend the University of South Florida, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a minor in Nutrition. With that foundation, I decided to turn my passion into purpose and became a Certified Personal Trainer.

Now, I help women who are just starting their fitness journey or beginning their weight loss journey find their confidence, build strength, and create lasting habits. My approach is all about balance, compassion, and progress — because fitness isn’t about being perfect; it’s about showing up for yourself and becoming the strongest version of you.
